Billing Policy Notice:
It is Pilotsmith’s (DBA CAVU Flight Academy) policy to bill for all instructor time. This includes, but is not limited to prebrief, postbrief, preflight, observed preflight, observed testing, supervised solo and instructor waiting time. Instructor time is not the same as flight instruction or ground instruction and instructor time may not be fully recorded in a logbook.  Instructor time begins at the scheduled start of the lesson and ends at the scheduled end of the lesson unless at the sole discretion of the instructor that the lesson should end sooner than the scheduled ending time.
