This form is to join the Pilotsmith Flying Club. You must be a member to rent (without an instructor) our aircraft.

Gold Membership provides access to RV-12, and Cessna 172 Aircraft.

$300 – Joining Fee

$30/mo – Billed 30 days after joining.

Joining fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time.
